  10.   A Free Harley? Well actually thats a little deceptive. There's 
  11.   obviously no such thing as a FREE Harley...only a $200 dollar 
  12.   one. {What?) That's right...for a mere $200 dollars you too can 
  13.   have your very own Harley.

  17.   Now, from the onset, let me say that I have never tried this and 
  18.   it's totally speculative. None-the-less you have to wonder. I
  19.   mean, when it comes to Harley's, somehow Doctors, Lawyers, Actors,
  20.   and Construction Workers all end up in the same price index. 
  21.   How is it, that Tree Bear can afford to ride right along side Cher 
  22.   on an identical $25,000 dollar Harley-Davidson(R) Fat-Boy? Well I 
  23.   think I found the answer.

  26.   called: 'freehrly.gif'. If for some reason there is no .GIF accompanying

  29.  TITLING SERVICES

  31.   A biker friend of mine hipped me to Titling Services. These are services
  32.   which for a mere $200 dollars, will issue a title for ANY motorcycle 
  33.   pre-1986. And, to use their own words, 'No Previous Paperwork is
  34.   Required.' So all you have to do is 'Get your hands on a Harley', fill-
  35.   out the paperwork--which these guys mail to you--and send in your 
  36.   application along with $200 bucks and you got yourself a Harley. Actually
  37.   it'll work with any brand motorcycle, but who would want anything BUT 
  38.   a Harley? Although, there are some pretty nice Indians still out there...
